Ryan Hathaway has over 14 years of telecom industry experience and is a Co-Founder of Global Telecom Solutions. He is a graduate of Michigan State University as well as the University of Detroit School of Law. Ryan specializes on the cost analysis and strategic telecom planning for mid-size business up to enterprise level clientele. In addition, Ryan assists with financial planning and organization internally for GTS.
Mark Stackpoole has now spent over 14 years in the role as chief executive officer for GTS. The company has experienced double digit year on year revenue growth since the company began all the while carrying nearly zero debt-- a proud accomplishment for a company in today’s business market/environment. Mark still actively participates in day-to-day client interaction as a Channel Sales Manager for GTS, supporting 30-40 VAR’s and agent partners in a sales support role. In addition, Mark has been integral in creating and growing the Partner Sales channel which is what makes GTS “tick”.
Bob Chernock joined the GTS team in 2010 with a focus on enhancing and growing the indirect sales channel. Mr. Chernock now supports well over 50 key sales partners on a day-to-day basis for all sales related functions. Prior to Global Telecom Solutions, Bob worked in a similar capacity for such firms as: ANX, First Communications, XO Communications and Cavalier Telephone.
Michelle Carroll joined the team in 2016 with a focus on customer support and troubleshooting. As GTS continues to grow, Michelle has also become the Administrator for the CRM, supports the sales staff with unique projects, and has taken on responsibilities as a project manager. Her background in client and technical support has made her an asset to the team. She previously worked for Verizon Wireless and Dell.
Megan Kaufman is currently finishing her MBA at Wayne State University. In 2016, she graduated with a B.S. in Marketing Management. Megan joined the GTS staff in 2015 and has quickly helped galvanize the company in many areas where additional support or special project resources were needed. Currently, her focus is on project management, day-to-day client support, as well as bill analysis and upgrading internal company CRM data.
Kat Thomas graduated with honors from Kent State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management. She has worked in Telecommunications for a total of 19 years, including six years at Global Telecom Solutions and has experience with carriers such as AT&T, CenturyLink, XO, Spectrum, Nitel, Evolve IP and more. She continues to expand her skills in the ever-changing world of voice, data and cloud services as a project manager. Her goal is to provide start to finish guidance, keeping key players involved in milestones while minimizing the volume of products and services required. Communication, client satisfaction, timely follow through and product knowledge are among her strengths.
Jennifer Robertson is a Project Manager who specializes in supporting AT&T Solutions. Her mission is to provide end to end support for pre-sale through installation as well as billing issues and technical support. Jennifer has 12 years’ experience providing back office and sales support for AT&T Solution Providers.
